New art project.

Yesterday, Heather from the Five in a Row forums and Blog, She Wrote posted an art project that she found on this blog.  Harmony Art Mom

So we gave it a try and both my kids loved it and wanted to make a second one.

We painted with watercolors on watercolor paper until there was no white left showing.  After these masterpieces dried, they were cut into squares and glued onto black paper.

 and this is the finished version.  Looks quite different than the first one.

This is C11's original

and this is the finished version.

I plan to go back and cut off some of the black and put them in a frame.

They had a blast making these.
