Now that is a mouthful!

Today, when I was searching for a medical condition that I could not spell (gasp!) I came across a new word.  The word is:

Pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconiosis!

Go ahead and count the number of letters.  There are 45 letters in this word!  According to Wikipedia, this is a type of  lung disease caused by the inhalation of very fine silica dust, causing inflammation in the lungs.  This does not sound like something I personally would like to have but if anyone asks me what the longest word in the dictionary is, I have an answer.
