Experiment time!

Here is the experiment for the Out With the Mold or Maybe Not blog post I recently posted.  Time to grow some blue mold.  All you need is a piece of fruit, a little dust, a baggie, a box, and a dark place.  As below, we used an orange.  Just cut a section (or you can just use a whole orange), with a cotton swab collect some dust on the tip, rub the dust all over the outside of the orange peel, put it in a baggie, and store in a dark place and check frequently.  Document the changes on your lab sheet.  Never open the bag!

Have fun!
