Proof positive

There are some people who hold the opinion that being vegan or vegetarian is a diet that is lacking in protein and therefore, not a good diet even though it has been proven time after time that a plant-based diet is hands down the best choice.

It is nice to have this confirmed with each well-child visit that my girls go to.  Their labs are excellent!!  No anemia, perfect cholesterol, blood pressure, and weight.  I enjoy hearing that my girls are healthy!  Why would we change a thing?  We would not!
