I have no clue why we wait until the holidays to make a Tofurky.
I literally would eat this every day!
Torfurky is so easy to make. Never use a crock-pot, eww...
Basically, just place your Tofurky in a baking pan. Grab some veggie broth, garlic, soy sauce, rosemary, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Whisk together and pour over the Tofurky.
Cover with foil and cook at 350 degrees and cook for about an hour. Halfway through you can baste the Tofurky with the juice in the pan. Let the Tofurky rest for a few minutes, slice into thin portions, top with the delicious juice from the pan, and enjoy!
