We have been learning about tide pools and tide pool inhabitants from our Beyond Five in a Row study of Sarah, Plain and Tall and what study would be complete without having access to a few of those inhabitants? Not ours! So, we are the proud owners of 4 hermit crabs. We started out with 2 and now we have 4. The first 2 were not really interested in participating in our study so we added 2 more to shake things up. We picked up a bigger aquarium and filled it with all the essentials to make a happy home for hermit crabs. Here is a picture of the happy hermits!
