people who cheat, any kind of cheating. Did you know that when a person cheats (in any regard) it is a sign of something deeper within the cheater. It is a sign of weakness and/or shortcomings in that person's character. When a cheater gets caught, the usual response is to deflect responsibility of the cheating to someone else. So basically, they do something wrong and blame it on someone else. Nice!
