Things to ponder....

I always wonder how a parent can let down their own child over and over again.  Just flat out neglect a child or any child for that matter.  Not providing for the child financially but goes on vacation instead and being disconnected from the child emotionally.  It makes no sense why you would have a child and cause that child so much embarrassment and grief.  I mean what kind of parent abandons their child?  I can't wrap my brain around that.  I guess this is just one of life's enigmas.
