Lake 05/20/2014

It is so nice living 2 minutes from the lake.  We just pack up a few books, a camera, and lunch and hang out for a while.

This rubber lizard was discovered a few minutes before the snake below slithered by.

This is snake is called a Rough Green Snake (Opheodrys aestivus) and is the only green snake in GA.  They dine on spiders and grasshoppers.  They can be up to 3 feet long.  They are friendly and do not bite.
He was moving pretty slowly until A13 grabbed his tail, then he sped off.
