Ingredients
- 1 cup Silk Cashewmilk (Original or Unsweetened)
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt (coconut or soy yogurt works too)
- ¼ cup old-fashioned oats
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp ground golden flaxseed
- ⅛ tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 banana
- 1 cup ice
- Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
- Enjoy immediately or refrigerate and serve within 1 hour.
NOTES:Dairy-Free/Vegan Alternative: Substitute the Greek yogurt for soy or coconut yogurt.
