Things you may never need to know but now you do.

Pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconiosis is a lung disease caused by silica dust.

Breaking it down: Coined in 1935 by Everett K. Smith.

Pneumon=lung (Greek), ultra=beyond (Latin), microscopic=tiny, small (English), silico=silicon (English), volcano=fire/metalwork (English), konis=dust (English), osis=pathology/process (Greek).  Put it all together and Pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconiosis is what you have.
