More bird observations

We have a new family in our blue bird house. We saw this blue bird fly into the birdhouse yesterday and when the bird left, we took a close look inside.



This is what we found inside the nest. Five eggs!



We took another look today, and the eggs have hatched. When we peeked in all 5 of the little birds opened their mouths as wide as possible. I did get a picture of them but it did not turn out too well so I will try again.
