Metamorphic rocks.

Today we worked on metamorphic rocks.  We made brownies (not homemade gasp!) to show that what goes in is very different than what comes out.  Metamorphic means "change in form."  The heat of cooking causes a chemical change in the ingredients.  For example, marble is different than the limestone that it came from. 

These brownies turned out great!


Mix it!

In the oven it goes.

YUMMY!

This worked really well and the brownies were delicious!
