Cleopatra, Queen of Egypt

We read a short biography about Cleopatra, simply titled Cleopatra.

A few factoids about Cleopatra:
*she was the last queen of ancient Egypt
*no one really knows what she looked like, she is sometimes shown with dark hair and sometimes shown with blond hair and light skin
*in ancient Egypt, a queen could not rule without a king so Cleopatra had to share power with her brothers or her oldest son
*Cleopatra was Greek not Egyptian
*legend has it that Cleopatra let a poisonous snake bite her, and she died shortly after
*Cleopatra ruled Egypt for 21 years

These are just a few facts that we found interesting.  Needless to say, Cleopatra was an interesting woman.  She is just as famous now as she was then.
