Thanks!!

I wanted to say thanks to all of our friends, neighbors, and family members who are standing by us (thick or thin) for sticking by me and my girls at this horrific time in our lives.  We have been hit from all sides, and it is going to be a long road to recovery but we will make it, one way or another!

I am so surprised by the generosity of people these days.  No one has anything extra  because of hard economic times but when people are so giving even if it means they have a little less, I feel overwhelmed but it restores my faith in people.  They give freely without any conditions, explanations,  or regard to their own circumstances, and it makes them truly happy to help because they can.

When you have been hurt like we have been hurt, it puts everything into perspective.  I admit I am skeptical of people and not very trusting sometimes but when I see people going out of there way to help us and giving so freely, all of that skepticism fades away.

I have to remind myself how lucky I really am even though times are not so great!
