In the current issue of Family Circle Magazine you can find a survey that asked parents if they have the passwords to their teen's/kid's social media sites. The results yielded 79% of parents said yes they do and only 21% saying no they do not.
This does not surprise me at all. We live in a dangerous world and the internet is not all it is cracked up to be. There are pervs, hackers, and people that make fake profiles just to draw young kids in. You also have to stay plugged in with your kids, that is the most important thing. They have to know they can trust you.
