This is my 14th and final year of homeschooling my kiddos. Homeschooling was the best choice for my kids. I am so grateful for the opportunity. Sending the girls off to a government building with a mixture of random other kids, all doing the same things, with no chance for individuality plus all the violence and bullying public schools serve up was just not something that I would ever do as a parent. It is a scary place. We literally just saw a local news story that was recorded and released of a teacher, a coach, who grabbed a boy by the neck and dragged him across a table over a lunch tray, a damn lunch tray. School has been in for 7 days. What is going to happen when teachers are allowed to have guns?
Well, anyway, this is a big year for us, last kid graduating, homeschool mission accomplished!
