More Georgia laws.
Did you know that in Georgia adultery in a marriage was treated as a crime in which the adulterous party could be put to death for?
Adultery is still illegal in Georgia and is considered a misdemeanor.
Adultery is punishable by up to one year in jail and a $1,000 fine.
Also in Georgia, you are either legally married or legally divorced and nothing in between.
